Motatapu Rebrand and Website

The Motatapu is an iconic NZ off-road sporting event, attracting thousands of local and international entrants every year, but their brand and website was looking tired, and confused after years of add-ons and new sub events. I created a new identity for Motatapu that retained key elements of the legacy brand while looking fresher and more succinct. This rebrand involved giving the website a complete overhaul, giving priority to user-friendly navigation as well as showcasing the new brand and the amazing images that had been collected over the years. I was also careful to consider the client's need to constantly update the website, giving them huge customisation ability through the CMS that wouldn't break the design of the website.
